Rayab and long-term plans

According to published statistics and information, the average activity period of Iranian companies, from the time of establishment to closure, is about four and a half years. On the other hand, those companies that survive in various crises and reach the second and third decades, face the problem of aging and lack of reorganization. In other words, many old Iranian companies are constantly suffering from the stage of aging and wear and tear and eventually disappearing. Such companies are considered single-generation companies. That is, as long as the founders of the company have the ability to manage the company, that company will last, and after thirty to forty years of the life of these companies, along with the retirement and aging of the founders, the companies will also enter the stage of retirement, shrinking and Finally, closure and liquidation or complete handover are reached. In this case, such companies are facing organizational disruption and interruption of these two periods due to the inactivity of the companies in their final years and the extension of the handover period.

Fortunately, Rayab Consulting Engineers, which was established in 1984, is one of the companies that maintained its internal organization after the restructuring that occurred in 2003, on the eve of its 20th year of establishment, and again after 19 years. This time in 2022, almost on the eve of its 40th year of establishment, the company renewed its strength once again and this time, with the change of the CEO, he handed over the leadership of the company to a middle-aged manager who was considered one of the former managers of Rayab Company. With a younger mind and more motivation, he should undertake the renovation and improvement of the company’s affairs and long-term planning and provide the possibility of the continuation of the company’s activities.
